Summary, etc. The rapid advancement of digital technologies necessitates the development of efficient document management systems in educational institutions. This study aimed to design a customized document management system tailored to the specific requirements and workflows of the Mariano Marcos State University College of Engineering. The primary objectives were to reduce document retrieval time, ensure high accuracy in locating documents, and enhance usability through user feedback and performance metrics. A survey was conducted among faculty members to assess current document management practices and identify inefficiencies in the existing manual methods. The results indicate that the implemented system achieved its goals through seamless integration with existing workflows, significantly improving document retrieval time and accuracy, and receiving highly positive feedback from users. The successful development led to enhanced document organization, accessibility, and security, contributing to a more efficient workflow for the College. Recommendations for further improvements include updating the system's interface for a contemporary user experience, implementing intuitive navigation features, and alerting users of uploaded or shared documents.
