Corpuz This study identified the presence of glycosides in the extract from the dried stem of Katakataka (Kalanchoe pinnata). It also tested the efficacy of the glycosides isolated from the dried stem of Kalanchoe pinnata extract as analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory agent. The analgesic activity of glycosides obtained from Katakataka (Kalanchoe pinnata) dried stem extract have the same effect Morphine. The antipyretic activity of glycosides obtained from Katakataka (Kalanchoe pinnata) is effective in lowering body temperature and has the same antipyretic activity compared to Aspirin. The anti-inflammatory effect of glycosides obtained from Katakataka (Kalanchoe pinnata) dried stem extract is similar to Indomethacin.
