The study was conducted to determine the relationship between the profile of respondents and the level of pharmacy patronage and pharmacist service activities offered by the different drugstores in Laoag City. Respondents were from the different barangays of Laoag City namely; Gabu Norte, Nangalisan West, Nstra. Sra. De Consolascion, San Francisco, San Guillermo, San Jacinto, San Lorenzo, San Mateo, San Vicente, Santa Angela, Santa Maria and Suyo. Questionnaire was the primary tool in gathering data. The said instrument was made up of three was made up of three parts. Part two costumer’s view on general pharmacy patronage, and Part three pharmacy services offered by the different drugstores in Laoag City. The results show that the attracting factors of the different drugstores to be patronized are the availability of the medicines, accommodating attitudes and assistance of the pharmacists, competency of the pharmacists and the competency of the medical services. The respondents’ perceived level of pharmacy patronage of the drugstores is favorably significant. Generally, the correlation coefficient of the relationship between the profile of respondents and the respondents’ perceived level of patronage of the drugstores is found to be insignificantly related.
