The study investigated the antifungal property of Tabernaemontana Pandacaqui Poir in vitro and in vivo. Experimental method was used. The study was conducted at the College of Health Sciences Laboratory of the Mariano Marcos State University. Filter Disk method was used to test the antifungal activity of the Kuribetbet leaf extract against Candida albicans through measuring their inhibition zones. In vivo bioassay of the extract was tested on Swiss mice infected with Candida albicans. The study revealed that Kuribetbet leaf extract could be a potential source of antifungal agent.
