The Status of Psychological Well-Being And Perceived Clinical Practice Readiness of MMSU-CHS Students During Online Learning Adviser: Myra R. Lampitoc 	In Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), shifting to online learning became a necessity. Initially, many students were not prepared because not all have internet connectivity. In this condition, many students are not prepared for this kind of learning. The study used a quantitative descriptive research design and employed a survey- questionnaires through Google Forms. A total of 238 CHS students who was randomized and met the set criteria were chosen as respondents. This research study was conducted at the MMSU-CHS, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte from the months of February to May 2021. 	The findings include that some of the listed factors where in fact affecting the student's situations in online learning, the students showed a moderate level of psychological well-being in all aspect, and students expressed relatively neutral perceived readiness in several domains regarding their upcoming clinical practices as a result to the shift of delivering education due to COVID-19 pandemic. This study recommends a supplementary interventions to the students, specific programs and practices to the staffs and administrators, and suggestions for future research to the problems met by this study.
