Different concentrations of organo extract were prepared and observed its effectivity against Eczematous dermatitis and Sarcoptes scabiei. The experimental research design was used in this study. The oregano extract was an effective antifungal agent against Eczematous dermatitis and Sarcoptes scabiei as tested in cultures microbes and swiss mice as test animals. The 40% concentration of the extract showed the greatest effect against Eczematous dermatitis while the 60% concentration showed the greatest effect against Sarcoptes scabiei.
