Ilocos Norte, a province in the country often experiences power outage, since its load sometimes increases and the electrical supply cannot provide sufficiently. Some household owner intends to buy Sola Panels (PV) to give solution to the power outage that is being experienced in the province. The renewable energy technology in the country is improving and a new technology is developed to prevent the power outage occurring. Wind turbine is one of the renewable energies. In the field of electrical engineering, the use of renewable energy sources has become a way to minimize the tremendous pollution brought by the severe exhaust of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. This also serves as a wa augment the declining energy in the Philippines. These technologies are the options fo generating clean energy.
